Earth bones shake, shudder and groan,
Moving deep down in the darkness below ground,
Grinding their skeletal forms femur to femur,
Hidden from sight and human perception.
Sky bones scatter, bird-like, hollow,
Each limb stretched thin across the vast emptiness
I carry your weight, dense matter
Under and over me.
Suspended between your arms and oblivion,
You pour your strength into me,
And I bow to the gravity of your embrace.
